Submission

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and cannot be simultaneously submitted for publication elsewhere. All submissions will be judged on the basis of originality, contribution to the field, technical and presentation quality, and relevance to the workshop. Papers of the following types are solicited:  
·  Research papers focusing on advanced and novel theories, methodologies, or mechanisms 
·  Tool papers focusing on useful and practical tools
·  Experience papers with a focus on deployment, evaluation and lessons learned 

The proceedings are planned to be published in EPTCS (to be confirmed). Papers should be written in English and should have at least four (4) pages and not more than ten (10) pages in EPTCS format. (http://info.eptcs.org for details)

Submission should be made through the KMOTS2019 submission page (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=kmots2019), handled by the EasyChair conference management system.

Extended versions of selected papers from KMOTS 2019 will be submitted to the Journal of Computer Languages.
